Viral Massacre™ is a tiny application designed for fast removal of certain viruses and worms, and to detect any viruses and even those new ones that are roaming in the wild. The Viral Massacre™ is tested for its ability to brutaly kill any virus process and provide the users some needed reinforcement and weapons to fight back against those annoying programs. When the powerful Task Manager was disabled by the virus, the Viral Massacre™ offers an optimized process viewer not only designed for viewing processes but also for providing the user an easy way to determine a hidden infection. Also included is a registry editing module, an option to provide the user an easy access to the system's registry anytime it was disabled by the virus.
The Viral Massacre™ started as a simple tool i used to remove worms like Funny UST Scandal, Bar311, Winzip123, Hacked by Godzilla, Aikelyu and its variants, and other viruses as well. Because of its proven effectiveness, I decided to distribute it for public use. For an overview of the project phase and development, refer to the Project Updates and Stage Entry below.

Features
The Viral Massacre had some certain features mostly needed in our battles against those annoying programs. We know how it feels when we are strip off of our administrative rights in our own computer.
Most viruses had this distinct characteristics of restricting the systems administrative options for the main reason of defending itself against any possible removal actions. That's why task manager are disabled, registry editing are not allowed, and hidden file policy are implemented in order to hide the viruses copy and prevent the user from deleting it.
Why choose Viral Massacre? When infact there are a lot of well-known applications that are available in the internet? The answer for this two questions is simple. Some viruses are heavily engineered and are specially designed to defend itself. For example, the brontoc virus and its variants guarded itself by simply monitoring the Application's Titles, and whenever it detects that you are running an application whose title are included in its 'enemy lists', it will automatically shutdown the system. Another reason why you must try Viral Massacre is that, it is easy to use and free. Can be easily updated and you can easily contact me for support and questions.

Added More Features in the Regedit Module.
New feature: I've added some new features in the regedit module, specifically designed for the average users who doesnt know much in navigating the registry editor. I've added an option to quickly access some significant areas such as the Current User Run, Local Machine Run, and Winlogon. This three are always the target entry point of new viruses. You can now also personalize the regedit of viral massacre by simply adding in the Favorites Menu some registry folders that you always access.
Added Windows Invisible Resource Option in Regedit Module
New feature: Added a lot of Registry tweaks: Network, Restrictions, and Other Extra Tweaks, also had tweaks for Internet Explorer. This module is recommended for advance and average users alike. Just read the values carefully and with just one click, you will have the desired personalization of your computer. But before anything else, please remember the ones which you have modified in case you wanted to restore that value, you will esily find it.
Added More Registry Patches.
Added: Added another easy registry patches to restore the keys and values in Winlogon: the Userinit, Shell, and UIHost. Also included a patch to restore the value in Safeboot Alternate Shell. This certain data are also targeted by certain worms/viruses to automatically execute themselves on startup.
Added: A beta fix for the Kavo.exe, Amvo.exe, ntdelect.com worm also known as W32.Gammima.AG by Symantec.com, in the malware group PSW.OnlineGames.MIA
Added: Guardian Mode - a beta module that will guard for any removable drive inserted by the user and it will ask if the user wants to scan that drive or not. This is a stepping stone for a more complex future versions. c'',)

Added VBScript Search and Destroy Options
New Feature: Since VBScripts are sometimes undetectable by the Viral Massacre Scanner, I've added this awesome module. You can now search and kill any VBScript Worms, either belonging to the family of imgkulot or Hacked By Godzilla. Also capable of killing other VBScript Worm Modifications, regardless of what variant it is.
Added Viral Massacre™ Run
New Feature: Whenever the Windows Run Dialog Box is disabled by those nasty things, we felt we are so damn paralyzed. Now, you will not get bothered anymore. The Viral Massacre had its own Run now, a very virus proof dialog box, those nasty ones won't be able to hook this one and shut your system down. So, when you are fighting a very nasty worm/virus and you find it so hard to enable the Run dialog Box of Microsoft Windows, all you have to do is initialize the Viral Massacre Run Module.
Fixed Bugs: I've Fixed some critical bugs/error in the regedit module.
Added: New options, restart or shutdown system.
Added: Reload Explorer.exe
Added: Terminate Wscript.exe processes.
Added: Quick Registry Fixes, able to patch the registry settings which is altered by the virus. Such as Enable Task Manager, Regedit, Folder Option and Etc. Also included options to edit Internet Explorer Title, Windows Registered Owner, Windows Registered Organization. Note that this option is just a part of the original module of Viral Massacre, which is the Restorer. I just created a shortcut for user convenience.
Added: Added two scanning options: Simple Scan for Fast Detections of viruses, this option is fast but not effective in detecting variants. Second option is, Advance Scan, Slow but effective in scanning variants since it scan the target files one by one using strings to detect the ones that would match with the strings in its database.
Added: Fast Removal of MarcMaynard.exe, since I don't have a copy of that lame thing, I just relied on the internet in getting the information of MarcMaybard.exe and added a quick removal option for this.
Added: Added Bungoton.vbs quick removal.
